Buyers' Guide
Below is the Move in Process for all Vista Residences Home Buyers. This workflow is conducted by our Customer Care Department after Home Buyers have completed all the necessary requirements.

UNIT RESERVATION
(Marketing Team)
The client chooses his desired property and pays the corresponding reservation fee. Client signs and completes the reservation documents such as BIS (Buyer's Information Sheet), QS (Quotation Sheet) and reservation agreement. The marketing staff briefs the client about the company's reservation policies.

DOCUMENT & DOWNPAYMENT
(Sales Admin/Account Officer)
The Sales Admin conducts a consultation and final briefing of the buyer. The client pays the down payment fee for the selected unit. He/she also submits the other additional requirements requested by the Account Officer.

DOCUMENTATION, AMORTIZATION PAYMENT - BANK, INHS, DEF (Receivables Management Group and Account Management Group)
The client and developer agree with a payment and financing terms.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
(Production Department)
Clients are given a timeline and updates of the unit and property's construction and completion.

UNIT TURNOVER
(Customer Care Department)
Clients are given a specified date for property turn-over through a Notice of Turnover. During the date of turnover, the Developer's technical representative and Property Manager assist the client for a unit and property walk-through followed by a move-in process briefing.

UNIT IMPROVEMENT
(Planning/Property Management)
The property management oversees the maintenance and enhancement of the property.
REQUIREMENTS:

>> Reservation Fee (check, wire transfer, cash, credit card)
>> Reservation Agreement Form (provided by the company)
>> Buyer's Quotation Sheet (provided by the company)
>> Buyer's Information Sheet (provided by the company)
>> Photocopy of Passport and Valid I.D. with picture
>> Photocopy of Billing with address (any of water, electric, telephone etc)
