REQUIREMENTS:

>> Has an exemplary sales track record in the real estate industry;
>> Has accumulated at least three (3) years managerial experience in real estate selling; and
>> Has a ready sales organization with at least fifteen (15) Sales Representatives that can be mobilized immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

>> Be actively involved in all sales and marketing activities leading to sales generation.
>> Initiate prospecting activities to source out prospective buyers/investors/clients.
REQUIREMENTS:

>> Between 21 to 30 years old;
>> Aggressive, driven, and highly motivated;
>> Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field;
>> Must be articulate in both English and Filipino;
>> Fluency in foreign languages (Mandarin, Nihonggo, European languages, etc.) and local dialects (Bisaya, Chavacano, Ilocano, Ilonggo, etc.) an advantage;

MARKETING / SALES ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The job role entails the following duties and responsibilities:

>> Maintains relationship management with in-house sales networks assigned to the project;
>> Provides training and product familiarization for newly hired real estate agents and brokers;
>> Conducts administrative work and acts as liaison between agent and sales administration;
>> Maintains and updates inventory of products; and
>> Works along with marketing counterpart for project promotions and events.
REQUIREMENTS:
