515 Shaw: A heritage redefined through world-class master-planning | August 5, 2012

By preserving the rich heritage of the famous Laurel Mansion, 515 Shaw gives homeowners a satisfying option to enjoy comfortable living at its finest.

A CLASSY AFFAIR

Last July 28, Vista Residences, the condominium arm of one of the country's leading real estate developers in the country, Vista Land, unveiled its latest project: a two-tower mixed-use property that will soon illuminate a busy corner of Shaw Blvd.

515 Shaw is an expertly master-planned community that takes inspiration from the lush heritage of the Laurel Mansion, which will also serve as the grand lobby and commercial area of the property.

The launch, held at the actual Laurel Mansion, was an evening that evoked the property's classic elegance and was attended by Ambassador Jose Macario Laurel IV, Crown Asia Residences' management and marketing teams, invited guests and the media. Providing entertainment for the elegant affair was the local vocal group, The Company. As an added highlight for the night's fete, a section of the mansion's second floor served as a tender tribute to the Laurel family, where guests viewed decor and other mementos that were originally displayed in the house.

Of course, just like any gracious host, Laurel hosted a wonderful luncheon in honor of James Langley, and the momentous event.
